Ingredients
- Cabbage (white) – 400 g
- Carrots (average) – 1 piece
- Prunes - 5 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the white cabbage into thin strips.
Add sugar, salt and lightly mash with your hands.
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Wash the prunes with boiling water, dry and chop.
Mix cabbage, carrots and prunes. Add salt and ground pepper to taste.
Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix.
