Lovely summer salad of crab sticks. However, if you are lucky enough to get a delicious juicy radish, it can be cooked at any time of the year. I prefer to serve it on slices of fragrant black bread.
Ingredients
- Crab sticks - 100 g
- Radish - 6 pieces
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Green onion - 0.5 beam
- Dill - 0.5 beam
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Sour cream - 1 tbsp.l.
- Mayonnaise - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the eggs, cool and cut into small cubes.
Cut crab sticks, radishes and cucumber in the same way.
Add chopped dill and green onions to the salad.
Add salt and season everything with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise.
