Green grape seed jam is a great way to use a generous harvest in season. I love making it because it's incredibly fragrant and beautiful. Despite the presence of bones, with proper processing they do not cause inconvenience and do not spoil the taste.
Ingredients
- Grapes (green) – 1 kg
- Water - 300 ml
- Sugar - 800 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil water with sugar and boil the syrup for 7 minutes.
Pick the grapes from the twigs, pour the syrup and let cool.
Bring the billet to a boil, boil for 5 minutes and let cool again.
Boil the jam for another 5 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
