French parfait needs heavy cream, but I have an easier option – based on yogurt. And also – with fresh berries and chia seeds. In the off-season, frozen berries are also suitable, but let them completely thaw and drain.
Ingredients
- Yogurt - 300 ml
- Chia seeds - 2 tbsp.l.
- Berries - 300 g
- Honey - 1 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix yogurt with honey and divide into parts.
Beat one part with a mixer with 100 g of berries, and add chia seeds to the second and leave for 10 minutes. Spread out beautifully in layers on glasses.
Decorate the dessert with the remaining berries and, if desired, mint leaves.
