It's no secret that the most delicious dishes are prepared from simple products. A striking example is a German salad with potatoes and pickles. Most of the time is spent cooking potatoes, and no more than 10 minutes are spent on everything else.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 400 g
- Cucumbers (salty) – 200 g
- Green onion - 2 of the stem
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 4 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil potatoes in uniforms until tender, cool, peel and cut into cubes.
Peel and chop the purple onion.
Cut the pickles into thin slices.
In a wide salad bowl, mix potatoes, onions and pickles.
Add salt, ground black pepper, mayonnaise and mix.
Put the salad on a plate and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
