Cheesecakes with chocolate filling will be an amazing surprise. It is completely invisible from the outside, but at the first bite you will have a pleasant surprise. I like to cook them with milk chocolate most of all, but you choose for yourself.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Chocolate - 1 tile
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Semolina - 3 tbsp.l .
- Flour - 2-4 art.l.
- Sugar - 1-2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve and add egg, salt, sugar, semolina and flour to it. The amount of flour depends on the moisture content of cottage cheese, and sugar depends on the sweetness of chocolate.
Mix the dough thoroughly and form small balls out of it.
Put a square of chocolate in each, "drown" it in the dough and form cheesecakes.
Roll them in flour and fry them on both sides in a frying pan.
