Ingredients
- Cookies - 170 g
- Butter - 80 g
- Cream cheese - 700 g
- Orange - 1 piece
- Sugar - 150 g
- Corn Starch - 30 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Cream (33%) – 150 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cookies with butter, tamp the base and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Whisk cream cheese, sugar, juice and orange zest, and starch.
Add the eggs individually, continuing to beat.
Separately whisk the cream until fluffy and add to the cheese.
Put the mass on the base and cook the cheesecake in the oven for about an hour at 160 degrees. There should be a container of water at the bottom.
Open the door slightly and let it cool in the oven off.
