Have you ever tried to cook cheesecakes in a slow cooker? If not, then in vain! They turn out no worse than in a frying pan or in the oven. This recipe helps me out of town when there is no normal stove at hand.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Flour - 4 tbsp.l .
- Vanillin - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mash the cottage cheese with sugar and egg thoroughly. Add vanilla.
Add the sifted flour to the same place and mix the curd mass with a fork.
Form small cheesecakes and roll in flour.
Turn on the slow cooker in baking mode. When it warms up, pour a little oil and lay out the cheesecakes.
Cook them under the lid for 8-10 minutes. Then turn it over and cook the same amount on the other side.
