Are you going to cook tiramisu, and the cookies are over? It doesn't matter, you can cook your favorite dessert without it. To do this, you will have to bake a sponge cake. I add a little cocoa to the dough, and I prefer to make cream from cream and mascarpone.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 5 pieces
- Flour - 100 g
- Sugar - 100 g
- Baking powder dough - 0,5 tsp.
- Cocoa - 3 tbsp.l.
- Butter (for greasing forms) – 10 g
- Cream (33% fat content) – 300 ml
- Mascarpone - 250 g
- Powdered sugar - 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy foam.
Add cocoa and sifted flour mixed with baking powder. Stir until smooth.
Pour the dough into a greased mold and bake for half an hour at 180 degrees.
The finished cake can be cut into squares or squeezed out with a glass of round blanks.
Whisk cream with powdered sugar.
Add mascarpone in small portions and mix.
Mix coffee with cognac and pour into a wide bowl. It is desirable that the liquid layer is no more than 0.5 centimeters.
Put the biscuit blanks in a mold with coffee for 10 seconds.
Using a pastry syringe, put a thick layer of cream on the sponge cake.
You can put round balls of cream on top, sprinkle with cocoa or coffee beans. Before serving, the dessert should stand in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
