- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Cocoa - 1 art.l.
- Nut paste - 4 tbsp.l .
- Sugar substitute - 1 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the bananas into slices and lightly freeze in advance.
Grind them in a blender with the rest of the ingredients until smooth and soft texture.
If the mass is too dense, add a little vegetable milk.
