How can I make sour cream even tastier? Well, for example, add a sweet ripe banana. Just keep in mind that it must necessarily be ripe, or even overripe. So it is much more convenient to add it. And I will tell you more further in the recipe.

Beat the eggs with sugar into a foam, add the mashed banana and mix.

Gradually add the sifted flour with baking powder.

Bake the sponge cake for 30-35 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees, let it cool and cut into thinner cakes.

Whisk sour cream with powdered sugar until thick.

Add the second mashed banana, mix, smear the cakes and assemble the sour cream.

Send the cake to the refrigerator.
