- Nutmeg - 0.25 tsp.
- Butter - 100 g
- Philadelphia Cheese - 600 g
- Sugar - 150 g
- Cream (33-35%) – 200 ml
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Vanilla extract - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cookies in a blender into crumbs.
Mix with nutmeg and melted butter.
Tamp the base into the mold and form the sides.
Put it in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
Mix Philadelphia, vanilla, lemon juice and sugar with a whisk.
Add the eggs individually, stirring the mass with a spatula.
Stir in the same way, pour in the cream.
Pour the mass onto the base.
Bake the cheesecake first for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
Reduce the temperature to 110, put a container of water on the bottom and bake for another 70-80 minutes.
