Delicious dessert made from natural ingredients. Pumpkin-orange marshmallow turns out to be very fragrant and slightly yellow. Even ardent opponents of pumpkin eat it with pleasure. Use this recipe as an opportunity to discreetly add a healthy fruit to your diet.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the orange in half. Squeeze out the juice from one part, peel the other and slice.

Chop the pumpkin, put it in a saucepan with water and boil for 20 minutes.

Heat orange juice, mix with agar-agar and boil for 2 minutes.

Pour the billet into a saucepan with pumpkin and boil everything together for 1 minute.

Add the orange pulp, half the sugar and puree with an immersion blender.

Separately whisk the cooled proteins with the remaining sugar.

Pour the main billet into the protein mass, whisking continuously.

Transfer to a pastry bag and place the marshmallows on a silicone mat. Dry for 24 hours.

Separate the finished marshmallow from the mat and connect it in pairs.
