Ingredients
- Egg whites - 3 pieces
- Powdered sugar - 120 g
- Lemon juice - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
At high speed of the mixer, beat the whites to sharp peaks.
Add powdered sugar and whisk for 3-4 minutes. The mass should be thick and shiny.
Pour in the lemon juice and continue whipping for another 2 minutes.
Put the protein mass in a pastry bag and put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment. I advise you to make the cakes small, about 4-5 centimeters.
Send the meringue for 1.5-2 hours in a preheated 120 degree oven. If possible, use the convection mode.
