One of my favorite homemade cakes is sour cream, and there are several reasons for that. Firstly, it is easy to cook. Secondly, only simple products are needed. Thirdly, you can experiment with it, as for example with such a sour cream with blueberries.
Ingredients
- Sour cream (10%) – 200 ml
- Sour cream (20%) – 150 ml
- Flour - 200 g
- Blueberries - 200 g
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 200 g
- Cocoa - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour, cocoa and baking powder. Add 10% sour cream and 150 g of sugar.
Knead the dough, pour into the mold and bake the cake for 40-45 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
Let it cool on the grill and cut into several cakes.
Whisk 20% sour cream and 50 g of sugar until fluffy. Lubricate the cakes.
Spread blueberries on the cream and collect sour cream.
