Adherents of proper nutrition can use this recipe and prepare a cherry PP cake. It's simple, fast, delicious and healthy. Liquid stevia extract is used as a sweetener, but if it is not available, add a couple of spoonfuls of honey.

Sift the ground cherry through a sieve to get rid of the seeds.

Grind the oat flakes in a blender.

Peel the banana and mash it with a fork until mashed.

Beat the eggs until fluffy.

Add banana puree, sour cream, stevia, wild cherry billet and mix.

Pour in the ground flakes, semolina, cocoa and soda. Mix the dough with a spoon until smooth.

Put in a greased form and bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

Cool the finished cake, take it out of the oven and cut it across into 2-3 identical parts.

Grind cottage cheese in a blender or rub through a sieve.

Add sour cream, stevia, cocoa and mix well.

Assemble the bird cherry PP cake, generously greasing the cakes with cottage cheese cream. Put it in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
