Biscuit is one of the most popular desserts in the world. It is not necessary to add cream or impregnation, the sponge cake itself is already very tasty. There are surprisingly many recipes on this topic. Today we will try to cook it with fried hazelnuts.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 5 pieces
- Sugar - 200 g
- Flour - 250 g
- Hazelnuts - 100 g
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Butter - 10 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dry the hazelnuts in a frying pan and chop them in a blender.
Divide the eggs into whites and yolks.
Whisk the whites with salt until sharp peaks.
In a separate bowl with a clean mixer, beat the yolks with sugar.
Gently mix the protein billet with chopped hazelnuts, flour and beaten egg yolks.
Cover the split mold with baking paper, brush with butter and pour in the dough.
Bake for 40 minutes in an oven preheated to 175 degrees.
Turn the finished biscuit upside down and put it to cool on the grill.
