- Flour - 400 g
- Dry yeast - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
- Water (warm) – 220 ml
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 200 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp.l.
- Provencal herbs - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour, yeast and salt.
Add butter, warm water and lightly beaten egg.
Knead the dough, cover with a towel and put it in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Cut the boiled fillet and tomato, grate the cheese.
Roll out the dough into a thin cake.
Brush one half with tomato sauce.
Lay out the chicken fillet and tomatoes.
Sprinkle with cheese and Provencal herbs.
Cover with the second half and seal the edges tightly. Make some decorative incisions on top.
