Classic tartare is made from raw meat. It can be fresh veal, or maybe something even more unusual and original. For example, such a venison tartare is a real delicacy that even gourmets will like.
Ingredients
- Venison - 200 g
- Shallots - 0.5 pieces
- Gherkins (pickled chopped) – 2 tbsp.l .
- Capers - 2 tbsp.l .
- Egg yolks - 2 pieces
- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp.
- Tabasco - 2-4 drops
- Wine vinegar - 0.5 tsp.
- Olive oil - 20 ml
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the venison and finely dice.
Chop capers, shallots and gherkins. Mix with venison.
Add the rest of the ingredients, except the yolks, and mix.
Arrange the tartare on plates with the help of molds.
Add whole yolks and garnish to taste.
