Vegetable pates are a special treat. They are delicious, healthy, quite dietary. And it's also a new original way to beat the serving of vegetables, even for those who don't like them too much. This time I will share a recipe from pumpkin with garlic and melted cheese.
Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 400 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Butter - 50 g
- Processed cheese - 200 g
- Paprika - 0.5 tsp.
- Nutmeg - 2 pinches
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the onion and garlic, fry for a couple of minutes in butter.
Add the sliced pumpkin and fry until it is soft for another 15-20 minutes.
Chop everything with a blender with melted cheese.
Season the pate.
