- Baguette - 8 slices
- Tomatoes (large) – 1 piece
- Olives - 1 handful
- Mozzarella - 80 g
- Basil - 4 leaf
- Italian herbs - 0.5 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Salt - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry slices of baguette or other suitable bread on both sides.
Without waiting for them to cool down, sprinkle them with grated mozzarella.
Finely chop the tomato, chop the basil and cut the olives into circles.
Mix everything together, add salt, olive oil and Italian herbs.
Spread the filling on the bruschettas. If there is still basil, decorate them with leaves.
