Ingredients
- Peking cabbage - 300 g
- Corn (canned) – 0.5 banks
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the Peking cabbage and dry it thoroughly. Remove the top leaves and cut into strips.
Put the canned corn in a colander and rinse under running water.
Mix the cabbage with salt, lemon juice and lightly mash with your hands.
Add corn, olive oil and mix.
