One of the brightest and most beautiful salads among all possible! Most often I cook a salad with tuna and vegetables for dinner or for holidays. This is an easy dietary recipe, and besides – a whole storehouse of vitamins. For the kids, I just remove the onions and olives.
Ingredients
- Tuna (canned) – 1 bank
- Cherry tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Corn - 2-3 tbsp.l .
- Olives - 1 handful
- Bow purple - 0.5 pieces
- Salad mix - 60 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 S.L.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Drain the liquid from the tuna and mash it into large pieces.
Cut the onion into feathers, cherry tomatoes into slices, and cucumber into halves of circles.
Add the salad mix, corn and olives, and mix everything gently.
Mix olive oil, balsamic, salt and spices, and pour over the salad.
