All over the world, this is an extremely popular salad, which is prepared with various vegetables, sauces and cheeses. Today I bring to your attention another interesting recipe for Caesar with chicken and feta. It turns out very tasty!
Ingredients
- Salad mix - 200 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 250 g
- Chicken (fillet) – 300 g
- Feta - 150 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l.
- Mustard (acute) – 1 tsp.
- Italian herbs - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the salad mix under running water, lightly shake it off and put it on a towel to dry. Cut the chicken into small cubes and fry in olive oil until golden brown.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half, chop the feta into cubes.
In a wide salad bowl, mix the salad mix, tomatoes, chicken and feta.
Separately mix olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, Italian herbs and garlic passed through the press.
Pour the resulting dressing into the salad, season with salt and pepper. Gently mix with salad tongs.
