Fried chicken with nuts is one of my favorite combinations. Especially if you add some fresh vegetables for color and juiciness. This salad pleases not only with its harmonious taste, but also with the original play of the textures of the ingredients.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 6 pieces
- Salad mix - 60 g
- Nuts - 30 g
- Bow purple - 0.5 pieces
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Italian herbs - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken fillet into pieces and fry in a pan with spices.
Boil the eggs and cut into quarters. You can use quail eggs – they cook for about 5 minutes.
Randomly pick lettuce leaves, chop nuts and cut tomatoes into slices.
Cut the onion into feathers and put all the ingredients on a plate.
Mix olive oil, crushed garlic and Italian herbs, and pour over the salad.
