Ingredients
- Red Fish (low salt) – 200 g
- Shrimp (chilled) – 10 pieces
- Red Caviar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Tomatoes - 150 g
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Mayonnaise - 80 ml
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the shrimp with boiling water, peel off the shells and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Set aside three shrimps for decoration, chop the rest.
Chop the red fish, tomatoes and peeled eggs.
Mix fish, shrimp, eggs and tomatoes.
Add salt, mayonnaise and mix.
Put the salad on plates and garnish with red caviar.
