Classic julienne with chicken and mushrooms is a full–fledged main dish. But it can very easily be turned into a snack. To do this, it is enough to serve it in small portion tartlets. I use the tartlets themselves ready-made.
Ingredients
- Tartlets - 8 pieces
- Chicken fillet - 300 g
- Champignons - 200 g
- Onion - 50 g
- Sour cream (bold) – 250 g
- Mozzarella - 50 g
- Cheese - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the onion and fry for a couple of minutes.
Add the chopped chicken and fry for another 7 minutes.
Add the chopped mushrooms and fry for another 5-7 minutes.
Add sour cream, spices and grated hard cheese.
Simmer for a minute and spread the filling into tartlets.
Sprinkle with grated mozzarella and put the tartlets in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
