A handful of fragrant cranberries will make the dish not only tastier, but also healthier. To compensate for the acid of the berries, you should add more sugar. Try to mix the snack carefully, otherwise the cranberries will crumble and the dish will no longer be so beautiful.
Ingredients
- Carrots - 500 g
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Cranberries - half a glass
- Hot red pepper - 1 pod
- Vegetable oil - 40 ml
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Paprika - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the carrots on a special grater.
Add sugar, salt, spices and mix. Cover with a lid and set aside for 10 minutes.
Chop the peeled onion and hot pepper.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and pour it into a bowl with carrots.
Add onion, hot pepper, vinegar and skipped pepper and garlic. Mix everything again.
Pour in the cranberries, mix gently, cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
