Prepare the brisket, make longitudinal incisions and spread it out. As a result, a rectangular blank should be obtained.

Rub salt and spices on all sides.

Sprinkle the inside with chopped garlic.

Roll up the roll and fix it with a culinary thread.

Wrap in foil and put away for 4 hours in the refrigerator.

Transfer to a covered baking sheet and send it to the oven for 1.5 hours, preheated to 200 degrees.

Carefully unwrap the foil and bake the roll for another 15-20 minutes.

Remove the thread, slice and serve.
