Ingredients
- Taco tortillas - 4 pieces
- Beef - 250 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Corn - 100 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 3-4 pieces
- Red beans - 100 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Cheddar Cheese - 200 g
- Cilantro - 1 bundle
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Bow purple - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the beef into strips and fry until tender.
Add garlic and spices, and fry for a couple more minutes.
Add chopped vegetables, beans, corn, and simmer everything together a little.
Mix the filling with chopped coriander and grated cheese.
Wrap the filling in Mexican tortillas.
