Ingredients
- Carrots - 500 g
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Honey - 1 tbsp.l .
- Wine vinegar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 40 ml
- Sesame oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the carrots and grate them on a grater for Korean carrots.
Add salt, black pepper and coriander. Stir, cover and set aside for 15 minutes.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and pour it into the carrots.
Add vinegar, honey, sesame oil and garlic passed through the press.
Cover the carrots with a lid and put them in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
