- Hamon (slices) – 200 g
- Greek yogurt - 100 g
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l .
- Arugula - handful
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Baguette - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix Greek yogurt with salt and Provencal herbs.
Cut the baguette into small pieces.
Place on a preheated frying pan with oil and brown on both sides.
Put arugula and jamon on the baguette pieces.
Add a little yogurt sauce and fix it with a skewer.
