Well, how can you do without a recipe for a delicious homemade Caesar in the arsenal? It seems that this is the salad that everyone loves. My variation is not quite classic, but it is simple and accessible even to novice cooks.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 200 g
- Olive oil - 2 tsp.
- White bread - 100 g
- Salad mix - 200 g
- Parmesan - 50 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 3.5 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 1.5 art.l.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the chicken fillet with salt and spices to taste, and brush it with a spoonful of olive oil.
Fry in a hot frying pan without oil for about 3 minutes on each side. Check with a knife so that the meat inside does not remain raw.
When the chicken is cool, slice it for salad. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters.
Boil the eggs hard and separate the yolks. They'll go to the gas station. Proteins can be added to a salad or set aside for another dish.
Cut the white bread into cubes, pour a spoonful of olive oil and sprinkle with spices.
Fry the crackers in a dry hot frying pan for 3-5 minutes, stirring.
Chop the garlic and mix all the ingredients for the dressing. Add the egg yolks to them and mix again.
Put the salad mix, the rest of the ingredients on it, pour the sauce and sprinkle with Caesar crackers and grated Parmesan.
