If you have patience and the necessary products, you can cook rolls with red fish at home. I offer you a very simple recipe. Don't forget the bamboo mat. It is impossible to twist beautiful rolls without it.
Ingredients
- Red Fish (lightly salted) – 250 g
- Round rice (boiled) – 200 g
- Nori - 2 of the sheet
- Rice vinegar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Water - 300 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the rice thoroughly and place it in a saucepan with cold water.
Boil for 12 minutes from the moment of boiling.
Turn off the heat and leave the rice under the lid for 10 minutes.
Drain the water, add vinegar and sugar to the pan. Stir and set aside for another 10 minutes.
Cut the red fish into cubes.
Spread a bamboo mat on the table, place a sheet of nori on top.
Lay out a layer of rice and lightly tamp.
Place the red fish cubes on the wide side of the strip.
Roll up a tight roll, gently pressing the mat over the entire surface.
