Ingredients
- Round rice - 150 g
- Water - 300 ml
- Rice vinegar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 1-2 pieces
- Eel - 160 g
- Nori - 4 sheet
- Sesame - 4 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice according to the instructions in boiling water and season with vinegar, salt and sugar.
Cut avocado and cucumber into cubes, cut the fish. Divide the nori sheets in half.
Put a layer of rice on each leaf, sprinkle generously with sesame seeds and press.
Turn the blank rice down and put the filling on the nori.
Form tight rolls with a mat and cut with a wet knife.
