There are a lot of tartar options. It can be prepared with lightly salted fish, meat. But my favorite recipe is tuna tartare with avocado. When cooking, I also add fresh tomatoes, and then the tartare becomes even more tender and tastier.

Wash the tomato, remove the peel from it, and cut the pulp into cubes.
Separate the avocado from the bone, finely chop and sprinkle with lemon juice so that it does not darken.
Cut tuna into cubes, marinate for a couple of minutes in soy sauce with spices.
Put the forming ring on the plate and fold the tartare in layers. The first layer will be avocado. Add a little salt and pepper to it. The second layer is tuna mixed with tomato and olive oil.
When serving tartare, you can decorate with a slice of lemon or fresh herbs.
