- Beef liver - 600 g
- Mushrooms - 300 g

- Butter - 80 g

- Ground coriander - 0.5 tsp.
- Nutmeg - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the liver until tender for about 25 minutes.
Arbitrarily chop vegetables and mushrooms, and fry in vegetable oil, too, until cooked.
Chop everything together with a blender or meat grinder.
Add soft butter and spices to taste.
