Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the pork until tender and finely chop.
Chop the onion and mushrooms, and fry in butter for 5-7 minutes.
Add the pork and fry for a couple more minutes.
Add flour and spices, mix and pour milk with sour cream.
Mix again and simmer everything together for another 5-7 minutes.
Put in molds and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake julienne 15-20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
