I hasten to share with you another wonderful recipe. This time we're going to talk about a salmon sandwich. In the process of culinary experiments, I came to the conclusion that instead of mayonnaise, it is better to use a sauce made of sour cream, yogurt and herbs. Such an additive sets off the taste of fish great.
Ingredients
- Salmon (low salty) – 120 g
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Dill - 2 twigs
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l .
- Greek yogurt - 1 art.l.
- Bread - 4 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut salmon fillets and cucumbers. Chop the dill.
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and dill.
Brush a piece of bread generously with the sauce.
Lay out layers of cucumbers and salmon.
Add some more sauce and cover with a second piece of bread.
