- Eggplant - 2 pieces
- Processed cheese - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.l .
- Garlic - 2 clove

- Walnuts - 40 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the eggplant into circles, add salt, leave for a couple of minutes, rinse and fry on both sides until tender.
Boil hard-boiled eggs and grate on a fine grater with melted cheese.
Mix everything with chopped garlic, herbs, nuts and mayonnaise.
Put the filling on the eggplant circles and assemble the canapes.
