Different countries of the world have their own versions of Julien. Like any classic, it has long been overgrown with dozens of options. One of my favorites is julienne with mushrooms and shrimp. And today I will tell everyone how to cook it properly.
Ingredients
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the chopped mushrooms in vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes.
Separately fry the flour in butter.
Constantly stirring, pour in the cream, and bring the sauce to a boil.
Put the mushrooms in the sauce, season to taste and mix.
Put the shrimp in the cocoon, pour the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
