In winter, you always want something pickled. In my arsenal there is a wonderful recipe - pickled carp. I am sure that your guests will be pleasantly surprised by tasting spicy fish with beer or as an addition to the side dish.
Ingredients
- Carp - 400 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l
- Vinegar (9%) – 3 art.l
- Water - 200 ml
- Bay leaf - 6 pieces
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 15 pieces
- Mustard Seeds - 1 h.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the fish for marinating. To do this, you need to separate the fillet, remove the bones, spine and rinse the fish well.
Now rub the fillet with salt and sugar and send it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours. The fish will give juice. As soon as you see it, take out the fish and rinse it under water.
Prepare the marinade. Boil the water, add spices and vinegar and remove from the heat. Let it cool down.
Cut the fish into portions, mix with the onion and pour over the marinade. Leave in the refrigerator for a day, stirring occasionally.
You can eat fish in a day. When serving, do not forget to decorate with fresh herbs.
