Meze is a simple and hearty vegetable snack, popular in Greek, Turkish and some other cuisines of the world. One of the classic meze recipes is eggplant meze. And it is this option that I will share today with everyone.
Ingredients
- Eggplant - 3 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 30 ml
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Cilantro - 3 twigs
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Make a couple of punctures in the eggplant and send them with pepper in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 220-240 degrees. Flip over in the process.
Mix grated garlic, chopped coriander, oil and spices.
Send the finished vegetables in a bag for a while.
Peel them and chop them finely.
Mix the vegetables with the dressing.
