I present to your attention another original dish of Japanese cuisine — onigiri with mushrooms. It is easier to prepare than sushi and rolls. You can form triangles with your hands or with the help of special molds that are sold in almost every store.
Ingredients
- Round rice (boiled) – 300 g
- Mushrooms - 150 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Nori - 2 of the sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the mushrooms and peeled onions.
Fry the onion in oil until golden brown.
Add the mushrooms and simmer for 7-10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Cool the fried mushrooms and put them in a separate container.
Add salt, pepper, sour cream and mix.
Put a couple of spoonfuls of boiled rice on the table and form a small flatbread.
Add some fried mushrooms, cover 1 tbsp of rice on top and form a triangle.
Repeat the procedure with the remaining blanks.
Cut the nori into wide strips.
Wrap each rice triangle with a strip of nori.
