Of all carrot recipes in Korean today I want to share with you the laziest. I often use it when I'm not in the mood to spend time in the kitchen at all, but I really want to make my favorite snack. It's just nowhere easier!
Ingredients
- Carrots - 600 g
- Vegetable oil - 5 tbsp.l
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Spices and seasonings (Korean) – 1 tbsp.l .
- Apple cider vinegar - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the carrots in any convenient way and chop the garlic.
Add spices to taste.
Pour in the hot oil and vinegar, mix and let the carrots infuse a little.
