Ingredients
- Carrots - 500 g
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Ginger - 20 g
- Vegetable oil - 40 ml
- Vinegar - 1 art.l.
- Ground red pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the carrots on a special grater.
Add salt, sugar, ground red pepper and vinegar.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, pour it into the carrots and mix.
Peel the ginger and grate it on a fine grater.
Add ginger and garlic passed through a press to a bowl with carrots. Stir, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
