Tempura shrimp is a great snack on its own. But it turns out even tastier if you cook such tender rolls with them. Serve them with spicy Japanese mayonnaise and teriyaki sauce to make the taste even richer.

Add the washed rice to boiling water and boil until tender.

Season it with vinegar, salt, add sugar and let it cool down.

Beat the egg with a fork. Dip the peeled shrimp in the egg and tempura, and fry in a frying pan.

Cut the nori sheets in half and lay a layer of rice on top.

Put thin slices of avocado on the rice and turn the workpiece over.

Put the shrimp and cream cheese on the nori, and roll up tight rolls.

Cut them with a knife slightly moistened with water.
