From ordinary products, you can cook a very tasty jelly. The cooking process is so simple that even novice cooks can easily cope with it. Be patient, filtered water and get started!

Put the turkey wings, pork legs and beef in a deep saucepan. Add the washed onions with husks, carrots, bay leaf and peppers. Pour in cold water and bring to a boil.

Boil the jelly over low heat for 4 hours, catch the vegetables, add salt, ground pepper, crushed garlic and continue to cook for another 1 hour.

Remove the meat, cool, separate from the bone and finely chop.

Strain the broth through cheesecloth twice.

Arrange the meat on plates and pour hot broth.

Put the jelly in the refrigerator overnight.
