There are many different ways to cook pate – cold and hot, with and without baking. They are very good in an autoclave, but there are some features that I will tell you about later. For example, I suggest cooking turkey pate.

Ingredients

  • Turkey - 500 g
  • Butter - 100 g
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Randomly slice the turkey and onion.

Grind with a blender or meat grinder together with butter.

Season the mass and put it in jars.

Send the cans to the autoclave for 45 minutes at 110 degrees.
