Do you like Japanese cuisine? Then you definitely need to cook baked rolls with chicken and cucumber. It is important to put them in a preheated oven and not overexpose. Take out the snack as soon as the "cap" begins to melt.
Ingredients
- Round rice (boiled) – 300 g
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 200 g
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Capelin caviar - 100 g
- Cheese - 50 g
- Cream cheese - 100 g
- Nori - 2 of the sheet
- Mayonnaise (Japanese) – 1 tsp.
- Rice vinegar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix boiled rice with vinegar, sugar and set aside for 10 minutes.
Cut chicken fillet into cubes and sprinkle with soy sauce.
Cut cucumbers into longitudinal pieces.
Spread a bamboo mat on the table, place a sheet of nori on top.
Lay out a layer of rice and lightly tamp.
Place chicken fillet, cream cheese and cucumbers on a wide edge with a strip.
Roll up the roll and cut into small pieces.
Grate the hard cheese and mix it with capelin caviar.
Put the rolls on a covered baking sheet, add capelin caviar and cheese on top.
Bake for 5 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Decorate the baked rolls with Japanese mayonnaise.
